As a Marketing Team Leader, you will be entrusted with a variety of strategic and operational duties aimed at enhancing the company’s marketing efforts. Below is an overview of your main responsibilities:

Main mission	Detailed description
Developing marketing strategies	– Conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends in the betting sector. – Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business goals. – Expand ABCVIP’s market share within the competitive betting industry.
Attract and retain customers	– Develop new customer acquisition strategies. – Improve customer retention and activity levels of existing customers.
Brand Management	– Build and maintain the company’s brand image. – Ensure consistency and effectiveness in brand communication.
Promotional program design	– Plan and implement online and offline marketing programs. – Set KPIs, track and optimize activities to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Data Analysis	– Collect and analyze market data. – Make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI for marketing activities.
Team Management	– Lead and develop the marketing team. – Promote collaboration and innovation to improve overall team performance.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

Analytical skills	Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau, etc.
Creative thinking	Ability to come up with creative and innovative marketing solutions.
Execution ability	Confident, strong execution ability to lead teams to achieve short and long term goals.
Communication skills	Excellent communication skills, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Technological adaptability	Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools, ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

4. BENEFITS

At ABCVIP, we believe in rewarding talent generously. Here’s what you can expect:

Benefits	Detail
Probationary salary	$1,300/month (2-month trial period).
Official salary	$1,550/month, with an increase of $125 every 6 months, up to a maximum of $2,400/month.
13th month bonus	Receive a 13th-month salary as an annual bonus.
Salary increase policy	Good performance can be adjusted, salary increase beyond the maximum.

5. WORKING TIME & LOCATION

Working time: 11:30 ~ 23:00 (10 hours/day), 3 days off per month.
Working location: Moc Bai, Cambodia.
