We are searching for a qualified individual who meets the following criteria:

| Gender and Age | Female, aged 18 to 28. |
| Computer Skills | Proficient in basic office computing (Excel, Word, etc.). |
| SEO Knowledge | – Possess foundational SEO knowledge and proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Sinbyte, and content tools.
– Able to check keyword rankings, monitor and supervise website content as well as its operational status. |

2. JOB DESCRIPTION
As an SEO Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the SEO department’s operations.

| Monitoring Website System | – Monitor and supervise the operation of the website system.
– Check the indexing status of the website. |
| Reporting Operational Efficiency | – Compile and report the operational performance of the SEO and Content departments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. |
| Managing SEO Resources | – Manage SEO resources and seek, connect with service providers and partners related to SEO. |
| Backlink and Domain Control | – Monitor the status of domain blocking.
– Check and handle bad backlinks or malicious links on websites. |
| Supporting Other Tasks | – Take on other tasks as assigned by superiors.
– Manage the SEO department’s budget and coordinate reconciliation with related departments. |
3. SALARY AND BENEFITS

| Probation Salary | 27,000,000 VND/month. |
| Official Salary | 30,000,000 VND/month. |
| Periodic Salary Increase | Every 6 months, salary increases by 2,500,000 VND, up to a maximum of 40,000,000 VND. |
| Bonus | 13th-month salary bonus. |
| Performance-Based Salary Increase | Salary may increase based on work performance. |
4. WORKING HOURS
- Working hours: 9 hours/day, 3.5 days off/month.
- Leave policy: Work for 6 months and get 15 days of paid leave.
