1. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Age: Open to both men and women, aged 18 to 30.
Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, typing speed > 35 characters/minute.
Experience: Experience in sales or gaming industry is an advantage.
Qualities: Honest, sincere, patient. Responsible, quick-witted, comply with company rules and regulations.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the success of your team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

Working collaboratively within a team and following clearly assigned tasks.
Completing duties as directed by the team leader.
Assisting customers with issues related to gaming products and services.

3. SALARY AND BONUS

Basic salary:

Probationary period (2 months): $900/month.
Main transfer: $1,100/month + commission (7%–20%).
Salary increase: Every 6 months, your base salary will increase by $120, up to a maximum of $2,000/month, which includes opportunities for promotion to assistant team leader or team leader roles.

Commission (Note: Deduct 13% system fee, does not affect commission %):

Seniority bonus:

Year-end bonus: Employees who complete their probationary period will receive an annual bonus, with the amount determined by their tenure.

4. WORKING TIME & LOCATION

Working time: 9.5 hours/day.
Days off: 3 days off per month. After 6 months of work, you will get 15 days of paid leave.
