2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Tasks	Detailed Description
Internal Communications Management	Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless communication between leadership and staff.
Develop Communication Plans	Understand the company’s strategies, goals, and directions to build suitable internal communication plans.
Manage Internal Communication Channels	Manage and operate the company’s internal communication channels.
Create and Edit Content	Generate ideas, draft, and update content for internal posts, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of necessary information to employees.
Organize Internal Events	Generate ideas, plan, and collaborate with the events department to conduct internal activities and events to enhance team spirit and cohesion within the company.
Evaluate and Improve	Evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, identify internal issues requiring improvement, and propose solutions when necessary.
Measure and Report	Measure and report the results of internal communication activities to ensure effectiveness and continuity in the work.

3. SALARY AND BENEFITS

At ABCVIP, we always focus on providing stable income and the best benefits for employees. Below are the details of the salary and attractive benefits that you will receive when joining our team:

Probationary salary: $900/month (probationary period: 2 months).
Official salary: $1,000/month.
With a $80 raise every 6 months, up to a maximum of $1,200/month.

In addition, employees can be considered for promotion to Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader with attractive salary and position allowance. The promotion review mechanism is as follows:

Always ensure the progress of assigned work, while proactively supporting and motivating teammates to complete the set KPI.
Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, not only for personal tasks but also for the common interests of the department and the company. Maintain a sense of saving and preserving assets in the working environment.
Ability to quickly identify and handle unexpected problems arising from the team. Professional working style, serious in every small detail.

Salary and benefits for team leaders and deputy team leaders:

Team leader:

Probationary salary: $1,100/month.
Official salary: $1,200/month (maximum increase of $2,800/month).
Role allowances: $40/month (from the second month in the role), increasing to $60/month after 6 months.

Deputy team leader:

Probationary salary: $1,000/month.
Official salary: $1,080/month (maximum increase of $2,500/month).
Role allowances: $20/month (from the second month in the role), increasing to $40/month after 6 months.

4. WORKING TIME & LOCATION

Working time: 10:00 – 21:30 (lunch break from 11:30 – 12:00, afternoon break from 17:00 – 18:00).
Days off: 3 days off/month.
Leave policy: Work for 6 months and get 15 days of paid leave.
Working location: ABCVIP Headquarters.
