| Recruitment Postings | Post recruitment ads on social media platforms based on the company’s needs. |
| Advising Applicants | Provide clear and detailed advice to applicants about the company and the job positions they are applying for. |
| Arranging and Supporting Applicants | Arrange schedules to welcome applicants, ensure their safety, and support them during their process of coming to work at the company. |
3. SALARY AND BENEFITS

| Probation Salary | $1,100/month (probation period: 2 months). |
| Official Salary | $1,200/month (the probation period can be shortened based on outstanding performance). |
| Recruitment Bonus | Earn $20 for every successful hire (applicants must complete 30 days of work; no quotas apply). |
| Periodic Salary Increase | Receive a $100 salary increase every 6 months, with a maximum salary of $2,000/month. |
| 13th-Month Bonus | Enjoy a 13th-month salary as a year-end bonus. |
| Performance-Based Salary Increase | Salary may increase further based on work performance and individual capacity. |
4. WORKING TIME & LOCATION
- Working time: 10 hours/day, 4 days off/month.
